job in presenting and helping the students understand the importance

topics as he covers them. He breaks up the usual monotony of the

have taken, I never saw the deer in the headlight look from any of the
participants and no one dosed off. I completed the course with flying
colors and bragged about the course when I returned to work. This was
all thanks to Jim's wonderful instruction. Jim helped to show us ways
that we can improve our shipping to be in full compliance with

Comments:
Let me start off by saying I had a fabulous time with Cindy! There were a few
times during the course that I was a little dazed and confused and Cindy made
sure that, not only me but the others in our class understood. In my personal
opinion if there were more instructors like Cindy the world would be a happier
place. She is very knowledgeable and informative. She made everyone fell
comfortable and if they were still unsure she didn't continue until they got it.
I would highly recommend to anyone that is planning on taking one of her classes
to sign up right away. Thanks for all of your help and insight Cindy. I can't
wait until my refresher comes up in 2 years.

concise information made available to us which is mandatory to be competitive
and successful in today's marketplace. This is my 5th class with Cindy Masello
and I credit her with the progress and success of my business throughout these

confident, casual training method, is a day I have come to look forward to

Vic Thomas
Seminar:
October 2007
Comments: Vic was an extraordinary instructor and you guys are lucky to
have him. He was informative, patient and answered all questions and
explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He also went
out of his way to assist me in matters that concerned shipping
scenarios that affect my business and to me that was awesome
customer care. I live in Los Angeles, but I will probably attend
courses that he is instructing when I have to return for follow-up
training. You guys are a great company and it was a pleasure doing
business with you.

way that each individual will understand. He did that and more.
Thanks Vic!
