The North American Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG) is referenced in some of the online training programs. The ERG is the primary tool used to comply with 172.602. It provides information on how to respond in an emergency. To download a free copy of the ERG click here.

  • Familiar with the use of a computer and common software.

  • Knowledge or understanding of the applicable regulations.

  • Fluent in the English language.

  • It is recommended you use Internet Explorer.

  • High-speed connection is recommended, but not required.

  • You can log in and out of the training program at any time.

  • Log out if you must leave your desk.

  • Ensure sound is turned on and the volume is up as these courses have audio files.

Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy for Online Training:

Refunds: Full refund allowed 15 days from time of registration, IF the student has not started the program.
No refunds allowed after 15 days, or if program has been started. 

Transfers:

  • From Online to Online courses: Allowed if the student has not started the program, AND within 6 months of original registration date.

  • From Online to Public or Webinar courses: Allowed within 15 days of registration date only, AND as long as the original student has not started the program. - NOT allowed after 15 days.
